How We Do It
TAGLESS LDAR is our Proview System
The experts at Proactive Environmental Services have turned isometric drawing creation into an art form. We’ve leveraged every conceivable technological and operational advantage and made this remarkable method not only affordable, but essential in the realm of LDAR cost reduction. Here’s how we do it:
Field Sketching
No big production required. No intrusive disruption to your program. Our technicians head to the field to document the as-built condition of your regulated piping systems using isometric sketches. All components are captured, from the largest pumps and valves to the smallest of threaded connections. We also record every other data point we’ll need for future cross referencing, like equipment names, P&ID numbers, line numbers, applicable regulations, DTM or UTM status, and valve numbers. This will be as thorough a field review of your program as it will have ever undergone.
Sketch Conversion
Each sketch will be expertly converted into an isometric CAD drawing, permanently detailing the individual locations and types of all LDAR components, complete with relevant regulatory data and information vital to monitoring efficiency. All data necessary for the creation of a fugitive emissions database and the Proview Data Suite are permanently embedded into each CAD file. The resulting CAD files are the sole property of the customer.
Proview Data Suite and FE Testing Compliance
Software Setup
After all relevant compliance data has been extracted from the CAD files using the Proview Extraction Tool, they are uploaded into an access database for delivery to the FE Testing Compliance Software of client’s choice. This database can be used to either create a new database or append an existing one. The extracted data is also used to generate the Proview Date Suite, a multifunctional software tool that aids in advanced inventory control and MOC (management of change) review, organization, and documentation.
